Recently a couple friends of mine have noticed that when one changes a level in a dugeon, that a hero's weapon will just disappear (thankfully I haven't had this happen to me and neither one of my friends lost anything really expensive). In both cases I was present and can distinctly recall the heroes having the weapon on the previous level, but upon zoning, it disappears completely-it's not even found in their inventory!
This seems to be fairly new issue as I couldn't find anything on Guru talking about it and was wondering if anyone else in the community has heard anything or experienced this themselves?

i never really check my heroes inv when questing BUT i have noticed some weird engine behaviour concerning hero weapons.

the following only happens with the weapons that get given to you with the hero:

1. you cant transfer it to your inventory (from a hero) sometimes.
2. you cant equip it back onto the hero sometimes.
3. you cant take it off yourself unless you do a quick switch.
4. cant move it from storage.

to be clear, you can click and drag them but they just will not move. I just end up trashing them as soon as they give me any trouble, its a pain.

In the preview event i got a req9 plat blade drop, equipped it on my hero for the time being, only to find out between preview event and release that it has mysteriously disappeared.

Do i think if i contact support ill get it back? No, specially with the current half arsed support everyone else is getting.

They never give items anyway. It's a policy thing for their own protection. So, no you would not get it back. However, I am glad I keep only bonus and collector weapons on my heros.
